So, I've been watching this horse for over 24 hours now and still no foal!! The weirdness has escalated to insanity. But, I can't stop watching now. I've invested too much. I want to see this horse give birth and I want to see this foal, damnit. Did you check out the link at all?? It's oddly addictive.
I got your email about the no armed horseback riding lady. It only made me feel even more insecure!!! Thanks a lot. Jokin. I'm hoping to rest up this week and focus on my lesson on Saturday as after that lesson I will be off for a couple weeks and then a trail ride. Then Beau will be gone for good. I'm really sad about it... like really sad. I think I will cry but I will try not to. He's such a great horse for me. Now, I feel that I will be riding a horse I don't like with an instructor I don't like. Sucks.
Going to have supper now. Hope this horse doesn't give birth while I'm eating! Cause that would be gross. Cheerio!
So, has the baby arrived yet?? No, I didn't watch ... don't really like watching that type of thing. I'm beginning to think you're a little obsessive complusive ... hahaha!
ReplyDeleteWent shopping yesterday ... first tuesday at the Bay ... senior's discount! I bought a DKNY jeans for less than $20! I think I should go through my closet and get rid of some things, that I don't wear or they look tired.
Now that the handles are all done, something else had to be a problem ... the microwave doesn't work now! It's not even 3 years old! Anyway, Dad called Sears Home Central (since it's their brand) and scheduled an appointment and was told it will be $99 for the guy to show up, plus whatever else to fix. Dad was so flustered and stressed that I found someone else in the yellow pages for $25 plus cost to fix, and then had to phone Sears to cancel the other. He doesn't handle stress very well ... he starts ranting and raving and doesn't know what to do ... men!
Anyway, we'll see how that works out. I guess the worse scenario is that we have to buy a new one. I keep thinking it's not as bad as your basement situation. Btw, is that finished yet? Are you happy with the carpet and walls and the new colours?
I know that you have a big presentation coming up, so I probably won't hear from until the weekend. For Easter, are you coming in on the friday or saturday and what day are we having dinner. Don't plan too much for the kids ... altho it was fun last year, the weather was good, but it may not be this year, plus they seem so much more grown up now. They will be just happy to see you.
Talk to you soon!
xoxo
