There is only one person in this world that knows everything about me. That’s my mom. She is my sounding board. My voice of reason. My inspiration. My biggest fan. Mom - I know we can’t talk everyday like we use to, I thought this would be a good way to share my days. This blog is for you mom. I hope you like it :)

Oops, almost forgot my mandatory food shot for the day. I'm having leftovers but since Jim refuses to eat leftovers I made him some pasta. Chicken Alfredo with spinach... can you believe Jim will eat this??? I know!
Really? But he turned down last night's dinner ... what a guy! Altho it looks good and I love spinach, I'm not a cheesy, creamy or pasta dish lover. You should do fine in Paris ... they cook with alot of cream, cheese and butter.
We had leftovers too ... trying hard to clean out the fridge and cupboards ... then start fresh with just what we need for the week and not go overboard. However, I'm not there yet, as we went to Costco today and could not resist the asparagus (they look so fresh and price was good 4.75), and also the chicken wings (best place to buy them).
I knew you would enjoy those Paris pics ... it really does look like that. It sounds like your trip will be quite different from ours ... alot more sophiticated and cultured! Glad to hear that Christine is getting into it and planning stuff ... at least if it's not going to be romantic it will be fun and busy!
I must have just missed you on FB ... I was trying to eat and finish cleaning up before the cupboard guy call or come to go over everything. He may not even show up tonight ... he better not come once we start watching our TV shows.
I better go, I think I'm spending more time writing than echatting to you, but I like doing this too. Maybe I'll catch you tomorrow.
