Suppa is served. I marinated the chicken in garlic, soya sauce and BBQ sauce then baked it in the oven. The mini red and white potatoes I seasoned with herbs de province (remind me to look for that when I go to Paris, I’m running out), onions and more garlic! Frozen corn heated in the microwave – lol.

No dessert tonight. I didn’t feel like baking. I’ve been on a big jello kick lately. Reminds me of my childhood. You use to make me jello all the time. I remember you mixing it with condensed milk... What was up with that??? I think I’ve had a bowl of jello every night for about a month now. Is that bad?

How was your dinner - chicken and pigs tail? And how’s the cupboard clean up going?? Going to help Liam with math now. Jim is helping too. God help us.

  1. Your food pics always look sooo yummy and I'm sure it tastes as good as it looks. I bought the herbes de provence at the Eurostar train station when we were leaving Paris for London ... hahaha! Actually, it's alot cheaper if you buy it here (maybe Costco or Home Sense!). But I know what you mean ... it's like buying tea from England.

Stalled a little with the clean up ... still trying to figure out what to get rid of and if not where to store it. You should see all my old cook books ... even cooking styles and dishes get old fashioned ... weird.

We haven't had jello in ages ... jello and koolaid ... haven't touched that since Angola days! I only got one Almond Jello for you, seems to be a shortage, instead I got Almond Agar (it's very similar, tried it and we like it).

    Gotta go!
